Become a Certified Tax Planner
The Certified Tax Planner (CTP) license enables tax planners to distinguish themselves from their competition, builds credibility, validates knowledge, demonstrates skill, verifies experience, and confirms professional ethics.
Requirements
Tax planners obtain the license by completing the required CTP courses, certifications, training, and experience, and agreeing to abide by the CTP Professional Code of Conduct.
CTP candidates must complete Consortia Accounting School's Certified Tax Planner Program.
Accreditation
The CTP license is accredited by Consortia Accounting School.
Consortia is a registered Postsecondary Proprietary School providing post-secondary education for educational, vocational, or professional objectives.
Continuing Professional Education
Obtain 24 hours of CPE each year beginning the year after you obtain your license.

- Complete Annual CPE Reporting Certification Form (included in the Application for License Renewal)
