This course provides business communication education and is required to obtain Business Communication Certification and Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) license.

Course Overview

This course helps students develop an understanding of how each chapter subject applies to the business world. The course stresses why credibility is essential to effective communication today and explores communication principles while also staying up-to-date with cultural and technological changes in the business environment. AI is addressed in each chapter, reflecting the transformational nature of technology on business communication.

Course Length

The course is a seventeen-week course (one session per week). However, the course is an on-demand, self-study, self-paced course. Therefore, the length of the course is determined by the time you dedicate to the course and your understanding of individual federal tax.

Course Format
