You perform best practice bookkeeping, accounting, and accounting analysis using Intuit QuickBooks under the direction and supervision of an educated, experienced, licensed, and ethical Certified QuickBooks Expert (CQE).

QuickBooks Experience Objectives

1. Perform bookkeeping, accounting, and accounting analysis accurately and productively,
2. Provide timely, relevant, and reliable financial information, and
3. Provide actionable insights to improve financial condition, profitability, cash flow, and equity.

QuickBooks Experience Steps

1. You are assigned to a QuickBooks manager,
2. The manager assigns you to a small business,
3. The manager directs and supervises you through the bookkeeping, accounting, and accounting advisory processes, procedures, and steps,
4. You perform the bookkeeping, accounting, and advisory process, procedures, and steps,
5. The manager supports your questions,
6. The manager reviews your procedures and steps and provides review points,
7. You clear the review points, and
8. The manager verifies you cleared the review points.

How it Works

• Performed remotely
• 1 to 2 hours per day, 5 days a week (M-F)
• Anytime during the day

The schedule enables you to attend school or work full-time.

QuickBooks Experience Requirements

QuickBooks Bookkeeping Experience

We recommend, but do not require QuickBooks bookkeeping experience students to complete our Accounting Fundamentals course and Bookkeeping Certification.

QuickBooks Accounting Experience

We require QuickBooks accounting experience students to complete our Accounting What the Numbers Mean course and Accounting Certification.

QuickBooks Accounting Analysis Experience

We require QuickBooks accounting analysis experience students to complete our Accounting Analysis course and Accounting Analysis Certification.

Registration Deposit

Make a deposit for the first month before you finish the requirements.

The deposit reserves the next available experience opening and is fully refundable until you begin.

Place your deposit at least one month in advance to start the program as soon as you qualify.

You must complete the requirements before you begin.
